Number of days prior to tour date

Notes:

1. Actual Airfare Cancellation will be applicable in case of Cancellation;
2. No Refund will be made against Non-Refundable Services in the Tour Package;
3. Cancellation Policy is non-negotiable and 5% GST will be applicable on Total Cancellation Amount.
4. Cancellation charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable. This includes cases of visa rejection where standard cancellation policies apply.
5. Responsibility for Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all details of their travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance, before the trip commences. Any discrepancies or errors should be addressed promptly.

We offer wide range of travel services, including group travel, customized trips, travel insurance, eVisa assistance, trips across India and international destinations.

Cancellation by Guest:

  1. If any Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, they shall immediately send an email to Skyfort Travels at sales@skyfort.in from their registered email ID.
  2. Cancellation will attract cancellation charge as stated hereinabove which is calculated on Net Tour Price and varies as per the time duration between the cancellation date and the tour departure date. The cancellation charge will also differ tour wise / sector wise / category wise.
  3. Skyfort Travels is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the cancellation charge.
  4. Any refund payable to the Guest as per the cancellation policy will be paid within 10 working days.
  5. Once the booking is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. Any reversal / re-booking will be treated as fresh booking and additional charges are applicable.

Single Guest sharing a room with another cancels the tour

  1. If a single Guest is traveling alone on a regular tour then he/she will have to pay single occupancy charges. If they get a room partner and share the twin/double room for all tour days then the single occupancy charges will be refunded to the Guest after tour within 10 working days of arrival.
  2. In case of cancellation by any such sharing partner, no refund is applicable.

Skyfort Travels cancels the tour

  1. Skyfort Travels reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour without reasons.
  2. The amount paid by the Guest will be refunded within 10 working days of the cancellation of the tour.
  3. Refund will be paid by A/C payee cheque in Indian Rupees. For International tours as well even if the Guest had made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency refund will be paid in Indian rupees only.
  4. Skyfort Travels will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the Guest.
  5. Skyfort Travels owes no responsibility for any additional expense related to any other arrangements made by the Guest on their own.
  6. A Guest willing to take any other tour can do so in consultation with the respective salesperson. Excess / Short payment, if any for the new tour will be refunded/collected, to/from the Guest.

Skyfort Travels cancels and/or reschedules the tour considering the safety of tourists under force majeure situations

  1. Skyfort Travels reserves the right to cancel and or re-schedule any tour under force majeure situations like natural calamity, epidemic, terrorist disturbance, etc. considering the safety of the tourists. No refund, fully or partially will be applicable under any circumstance in such force majeure situations.
  2. A refund is not applicable, Guest will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour.
  3. Skyfort Travels will send the request to associates like Airlines, Hoteliers, Transporters, etc. for assistance in the postponement of the services.
  4. If Guest wants to change the sector then the decision will depend on the cooperation of the associates like Airlines and Hoteliers. Such a decision will require time and will be given at the earliest or within a span of 45 days of such request.
  5. In case if associates (Airlines/Hoteliers/Transporters) are not in a position to consider the case, then actual cancellation charges may apply.
  6. If the future tour price is less, then the excess amount will be adjusted to the next tour which the Guest wishes to go later or to give an upgrade in any of the services that the Guest may opt for. No partial refund is applicable in such situations.

When Skyfort Travels reschedules the tour due to uncontrollable factors like changes in airline schedule, major event or VIP movement at the destination

  1. Skyfort Travels reserves the right to reschedule any tour under uncontrollable factors like changes in airline schedule or major event or VIP movement at the destination. No refund – full or partial will be applicable under any circumstances.
  2. A refund is not applicable, Guest will have to abide by the new schedule of the tour.
  3. In this constantly changing world, Skyfort Travels does change or upgrade the tour itineraries for value addition to Guest which can lead to an increase in the tour price amount. In such a case, Skyfort Travels reserves the right to charge an additional expense.

Tour canceled due to Visa Rejection – Deemed Cancellation

  1. Rejection of visa will lead to deemed cancellation and the booking will stand to cancel without any intimation or confirmation from the Guest.
  2. Visa rejection date will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
  3. Guest can re-apply by paying additional visa charges, however granting of visa is at the discretion of the respective Consulates and Skyfort Travels will not be responsible for the same.
  4. If the visa is not granted even the second time, the cancellation charge will be based on the date of the rejection of the second visa.
  5. If no intimation of visa (granted/rejected) is received from the respective Consulate / Embassy, then it is considered as deemed cancellation and cancellation charge will be applicable as stated hereinabove.
  6. In case of a group booking, if visa of an individual is rejected and the rest of the group cancels the Tour then cancellation charges as mentioned in the table hereinabove shall be applicable to the entire group.
  7. Visa copy is always sent to Guest on email by Skyfort Travels whereas sometimes Consulates send passport directly to the Guest residence. In both cases, it is the responsibility of the Guest to check the visa sticker and verify that the personal details and visa validity are accurate. Due to a mistake, if the immigration office does not allow the Guest to leave or enter the country, then Skyfort Travels will not be responsible for any refund/losses/ consequences.
  8. In certain cases where Air/Visa is processed more than 91 days in advance, on cancellation actual Air charge/visa fees is applicable in addition to above cancellation charges.

Non-payment of tour price – Deemed Cancellation

  1. Guest is required to pay full tour price at the time of booking / 30 days prior to the tour departure date. If the payment is not received during the mentioned time frame then Skyfort Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking without any written notification and forfeit the paid amount. In such a case, the cancellation notice will be treated as cancellation date and cancellation charges will apply as per the policy.

Right of admission and termination

  1. Skyfort Travels reserves the right to say ‘No’ to the booking of any Guest without divulging any reason or justification.
  2. Skyfort Travels reserves the right to terminate the tour of any Guest while on the road if the Guest does not follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves with co-passengers / Tour Manager / Coach captain / Local citizens or creates nuisance etc.
  3. Guest will have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable under such circumstance.­­­­­­­­­­­­

No show or absence on Day 1 of the tour

  1. If a Guest fails to join the tour on Day 1 of the tour, it is termed as No Show and will be treated as deemed cancellation and no refund is applicable.
  2. Cancellation charges will be 100% at the same time all services will stand to cancel unless the Guest notifies to Skyfort Travels about joining the tour later at their own expense.

Discontinuation from the ongoing tour

  1. If Guest discontinues/terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
  2. Skyfort Travels team will assist the Guest to book the required services, however, all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the Guest immediately in advance.

Refund:

All the rights to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour are reserved by Skyfort Travels. A refund would be calculated considering various factors such as Total number of Guests, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, etc. The decision given by Skyfort Travels on the quantum of refund shall be final and will be paid directly to you.

Some information that you should have about refund:

  1. Refunds, if any, for variation / modification / amendments / alteration and / or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee’ cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
  1. Where bookings are made through our Preferred Sales Partners (PSPs), the refunds will be routed through them.
  2. Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the applicable terms and conditions and will be interest-free. The company shall not be liable to pay any interest on the amount refunded to the guest.
  3. Refund processing takes time ranging from minimum 30 days to 60 days depending upon the season
  4. In case the guest holds Valid Visa or Visa fee is directly paid by guests at the consulate, a refund will be processed within 7 working days upon submission of Visa Copy.

No refund will be payable:

  1. Where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to the concerned authorities to enable the Company to confirm the reservation
  2. If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, canceled or not utilized.
  3. If any guest decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government.
  4. Where airfares are contracted in bulk for Air Inclusive departures.
  5. If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to a natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities.
  6. Refund is not applicable for sectors on Indian/World tours wherein air tickets are non-refundable and date change is not allowed.
  7. For all Card payments – Payment received by Cards and if there is any refund, such refund will be done through the respective cards FinancialInstitutions and credited to the same card. The charges for transaction to be borne by the guests.

The Company reserves the right to:

  1. Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
  2. Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case, the company shall refund the money to the guest.
  3. Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
  4. Withdraw discounts at any point in time.
  5. Change the routing of Air Travel.
  6. Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Responsibility for Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all details of their travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance, before the trip commences. Any discrepancies or errors should be addressed promptly.
  • Group Tours: Group tours will operate subject to a minimum group strength of 12 full-paying passengers. If the minimum group size is not met, or due to cancellations, an alternative date or tour option may be provided. Refunds will be issued for land portions, minus any non-refundable expenses such as visa fees.

 

  • On-Tour Changes: During the tour, itinerary changes may occur due to natural calamities or safety considerations. Skyfort Travels will strive to minimize any disruptions to your travel experience.

  • Mandatory Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage. Skyfort Travels is not responsible for losses not covered by insurance.
  • Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for meeting all health requirements, including vaccinations, for their destination(s). Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Skyfort Travels prior to booking.

 

  • Visa Assistance: While Skyfort Travels may assist in the visa application process, approval of visas is at the discretion of the respective embassies or consulates.

 

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain and maintain valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Skyfort Travels is not liable for any issues arising from the lack of necessary documents.

 

  • OTB Requirement: For ECR passport holders, an OTB (OK to Board) requirement may be necessary depending on the destination.

 

  • Document Validity: Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of return to India. For domestic travel, a government-issued ID card with a photograph is required.

  • Baggage: Skyfort Travels is not liable for baggage delays or losses caused by airlines. Travelers must manage such issues directly with the airline.

  • Flight Delays and Cancellations: Skyfort Travels is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines. Clients must contact the airline directly for assistance.

  • Additional Airline Charges: Any increase in government taxes, airfare, fuel surcharges, or airline taxes charged by the airlines before the issuance of flight tickets will be charged extra, irrespective of the booking date.

 

  • Flight Meals: Complimentary meals on flights depend on the type of carrier booked. Low-Cost Carriers (LCC) may not include meals or water as part of the ticket price.

 

  • Check-In/Check-Out Times: Standard check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM, subject to hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

 

  • Room Allocation: Room sizes and amenities may vary based on the destination and hotel category. Air-conditioned rooms may not be available in certain regions, such as Europe and domestic hill stations in India. Clients are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

  • Additional Hotel Charges: City tax, mini-bar usage, and room services, if applicable, must be paid directly at the hotel.

 

  • Hotel Changes: Skyfort Travels reserves the right to change hotels due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of such changes as soon as possible.

 

  • Transfers: Transfers are arranged according to the itinerary and are not on a disposable basis. Clients must be punctual for all transfers as delays may affect the overall itinerary.

  • Sightseeing: Sightseeing activities may be subject to change or cancellation due to local conditions. No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused services.

  • Self-Arranged Transfers: For certain customized trips, clients may be required to arrange their own transfers to departure points. Skyfort Travels will provide guidance on nearby accommodation if necessary.

 

  • Third-Party Services: Skyfort Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters, etc.). Skyfort Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by these third parties.

 

  • Force Majeure: Skyfort Travels is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or pandemics.

 

  • Liability for Personal Belongings: Skyfort Travels is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, including passports, Aadhar cards, PAN cards, driving licenses, etc., during the tour.

  • Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, local customs, and laws. Misconduct may result in the termination of services without a refund.

 

  • Responsibility for Damages: Clients will be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by their actions during the trip.

 

  • Right to Amend: Skyfort Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

  • Rights and Obligations: In the event of a force majeure, we may cancel the trip, and you may be entitled to a refund minus any non-refundable expenses.
By booking a tour with Skyfort Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
